How we sell
Sourcing a product is only half the job. The real work is turning it into sales — in the right marketplace, with the right listing. Since 2020 we have built and run seller accounts across international online marketplaces.
How we run a marketplace account
Product selection. We decide what will work in which market from data — competition, price band and seasonal demand have to be read together, or the wrong product gets picked.
Listings and content. Titles, image sets, descriptions and search terms are prepared separately for each country. Translation alone does not work; buyers search with different words in each market.
Stock and logistics. Shipment planning, inventory turnover tracking and pre-season replenishment.
Account health. Performance metrics, customer feedback and return rates monitored on a regular basis.
Brand partnerships
We work with mid-size US manufacturers and brand owners who want their products selling outside the United States without building foreign operations themselves.

About us
Utay Trading was founded in 2020. We are a distributor and retailer: we do not manufacture. We buy in volume from manufacturers and brand owners, and we sell those goods to end customers through our own marketplace accounts.
The part we take on is everything in between — deciding what is worth carrying, agreeing terms and pricing, moving the stock into the right country, building the listing, and handling the customer once the order is placed.
That model is why brands work with us. They sell us a pallet; we turn it into thousands of individual orders across several countries, without asking them to learn a new marketplace.
